What’s Included in a Trust 1 Furnace Installation
Every furnace option is a little different, but every installation starts with this baseline:
- Manual J home measurement to size your system correctly
- Removal and eco-friendly disposal of your old equipment
- A new standard thermostat
- Three standard 1″ air filters (we’ll mail them if they’re not provided on site)
- All necessary duct transitions and ductwork connections
- All necessary gas fittings, electrical connections and venting
- A new condensate pump with neutralizer (if applicable)
- Installation to the manufacturer’s specifications

Furnace Warranty Coverage
Coverage depends on the package and equipment you choose. Every installation includes:
- A 1-year labor warranty from Trust 1
- A 10-year parts warranty (standard from most furnace manufacturers)
- A manufacturer’s heat exchanger warranty (length varies by brand)
