Schedule a no-cost Home Energy Assessment through Mass Save. It’s required for whole-home heat pump rebates and the HEAT Loan.
If the assessment recommends insulation or air sealing, completing it keeps you eligible for the highest rebate.
We size the system for your whole home and give you 3 to 5 options with the pros and cons of each.
We apply your Mass Save rebate at the time of purchase, so you pay the lower price up front.

2026 Mass Save Heat Pump Rebates

Rebate amounts are set by Mass Save and can change. For equipment installed January 1 – December 31, 2026.
Who Qualifies?
- Equipment must be ENERGY STAR Cold Climate certified and on the Mass Save Heat Pump Qualified Products List.
- The system must be installed by a Mass Save Heat Pump Installer Network contractor, like Trust 1.
- Whole-home rebates require a weatherized home: built in 2000 or later, a Home Energy Assessment showing under $1,000 in recommendations, or weatherization completed since 2013.
- Partial-home systems need a Mass Save–approved integrated control.
