These Terms & Conditions apply to text message (SMS/MMS) communications from Trust 1 Services (“Trust 1 Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a residential heating, cooling, and plumbing company serving Greater Boston and the South Shore of Massachusetts.

SMS Terms

  • Program description: When you opt in, Trust 1 Services will send text messages (SMS/MMS) to the mobile number you provided. Messages may include replies to your quote, estimate, or service request; answers to your questions about our services and pricing; appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders; installation updates; photos related to your project; links to your estimate; follow-ups; feedback and review requests; and limited-time offers related to your estimate.
  • Opt-in: You consent to receive text messages from Trust 1 Services by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts when you book or request service on our website, through an online lead form, or by phone. Consent is optional and is never a condition of purchase.
  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service requests. Most customers receive about 2–10 messages per month while a project is active.
  • Opt-out: You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. We will send one final text confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further texts from us.
  • Opting back in: To start receiving texts again, reply START or opt in again the same way you did the first time.
  • Help: Reply HELP at any time for help, or contact us at forms@trust1services.com or (857) 832-7615.
  • Costs: Message and data rates may apply to messages you receive from us and send to us. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.
  • Carriers: Mobile carriers (such as AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Eligibility: You must be the account holder or have permission from the account holder of the mobile number you provide.

Privacy

Trust 1 Services does not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. For details on how we collect and use your information, see our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page.
