• Removal and eco-friendly disposal of your old furnace
• A new standard thermostat
• Three standard 1″ air filters (we’ll mail them if they’re not provided on site)
• All necessary duct transitions and ductwork connections
• All necessary gas fittings, electrical connections and venting
• A new condensate pump with neutralizer (if applicable)
• Installation to the manufacturer’s specifications

How Long Does a Furnace Replacement Take?

Most furnace replacements are done in one day. A job can take longer if the venting needs to change, the furnace is in a tight attic or crawlspace, or the ductwork needs to be modified. We’ll let you know ahead of time if we expect your job to run longer.

Furnace Warranty Coverage

Coverage depends on the package and equipment you choose. Every replacement includes:

• A 1-year labor warranty from Trust 1
• A 10-year parts warranty (standard from most furnace manufacturers)
• A manufacturer’s heat exchanger warranty (length varies by brand)
