**Position Summary:**
The Plumbing and HVAC Sales and Install Manager will oversee all aspects of our sales and installation operations within the plumbing and HVAC sectors. This role is pivotal in driving our business goals and requires a leader who excels in sales strategies and team management, with a strong emphasis on achieving sales targets and operational excellence. The ideal candidate needs no prior technical experience in plumbing or HVAC systems but must have a proven track record in leadership and sales within high-paced industries.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Sales Leadership**: Develop and execute innovative sales strategies that promote service growth and customer satisfaction.
– **Team Management**: Lead, motivate, and manage sales and installation teams to exceed their targets while fostering a culture of collaboration and respect.
– **Customer Relations**: Maintain high levels of customer interaction, focusing on building long-term relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
– **Operational Oversight**: Oversee daily operations, ensuring all sales and installations are completed efficiently and up to industry standards.
– **Training and Development**: Identify training needs and opportunities to enhance team skills and performance.
– **Performance Metrics**: Monitor performance through key metrics and implement improvements to drive business objectives.

– Technical Knowledge Is Preferred But we are willing to train the right candidate
